Hi my name is Jennie.
I am a fully qualified practitioner in Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Crystal healing and Guided Meditation.
I normally operate from my cosy and relaxing treatment room in Bradley Stoke.
I love what I do and nothing pleases me more than seeing my clients leave feeling more relaxed and lighter than when they walked in.

At the event, I will be offering taster sessions introducing the beautiful energy of Reiki.

Reiki is a non-intrusive treatment where the client remains fully clothed, lying on a massage table covered with a soft blanket. It is a hands on treatment where I place my hands lightly on specific points of the head and body. Most clients experience a profound sense of peace and warmth and it's a wonderful way to "switch off" the busy chatter of the mind.

Benefits of Reiki include:

• Dissolves energy blocks and promotes natural balance.
• Calms the nervous system and improves sleep quality.
